Noisivision, laboratorium voor transdisciplinaire kunsten, organiseert van 10 tot 18 oktober 2009 een Brabants E-culture Festival in Kunstreactor Electron te Breda met o.a. expo van interactieve installaties, podiumavonden, lezingen, workshops, filmavonden etc. Enkele e-culture activiteiten die mogelijk de revue kunnen passeren zijn interactieve films, games, webart, wearables, circuit bending instrumenten, smart objects, robotica, database art, interactieve soundscapes etc.
