Time for a BIG new and kind of great update

I know that I did not update my website lately. That’s not a good thing i know. I’m now working on a new one (in my head), and now want to create a filled website with a portfolio and with some nice articles.

Thats why I’m now creating a concept for my own website. Also i’m now learning to style templates for wordpress. I hope to have a new website released in june/july. It will be released when i think my portfolio is filled well to show it to the (hello)world. In the meanwhile i will share you my thoughts on how i’m going to create, design, seed, integrate and fill my new website.

What do I want to create?

My main thoughts about my new website are. It must be a clear website, but with my own style. Not a copy cat style. I’m going to check out the trends design list on the web and not design it like that.

How i’m going to seed, integrate and fill my website, and how do I get traffic?

SEO
I’m going to build SEO friendly urls and fill the pages with unique keywords and stuff.
Email marketing
I’m going to send a e-mailing to my friends/and my business related connections
Online Portfolio’s
Create portfolio’s on behanced, and other online portfolio websites
Video Seeding
Create After effects Animation and seed them on vimeo and youtube, just to share knowledge and to get traffic.
Intergrate wordpress with mysocial networks
Post blog articles on twitter, facebook, hyves etc
Write stunning articles/tutorials
Write them to share the knowledge and create rich content for my visitors
Create Presentations
Create them and share them on Slideshare.

How do i’m going to design my website?

Now idea for this part, i have to do some research for that. I will make a new post about this subject later on when i know what i want to create.
How do i going to build the website?

With wordpress, but how to style the templates, which plugins etc, thats a part that i also do have to research first. So now info about that part yet.
